First, let me wish you a blessed finish to Advent and a merry Christmas! The Rossini family is busy baking cookies, writing our Christmas letter, and wrapping presents. Not to mention the prayer and spiritual reading we’ve been doing as a family every night for weeks.
To keep ourselves from getting bored, Dan and I have been working hard to complete post-production and blog posts for our new video course, How to Grow in Prayer. We just released the free overview video that summarizes most of the material we will be teaching on.
There is even more material in the course, including a lesson on problematic prayer practices, how to pray the Rosary well, and clarification on what contemplation is and isn’t. To read more details on the course, and to sign up or apply for a scholarship, go to the landing page.
We have uploaded several other free videos to our YouTube channel. Being a loyal reader, you might be particularly interested in Our Story.
The How to Grow in Prayer course starts January 4. Enrollment closes January 3 at midnight Central time. I know you are as busy as we are, but don’t forget to sign up. This course will help you start the New Year focusing on the “one thing necessary.”
We also need more people to donate towards scholarships, as several people who cannot afford the course are hoping a generous donor will pay their fee. Make it part of your Christmas giving.
Once again, here is the link for the landing page. Or you can cut to the chase and go directly to the shopping cart.
Please share these videos with your friends and family. The more popular our courses become, the more we can spend some of our precious free time creating video content for you, both free and paid. Our whole goal in life is to reach intimate union with God and help others do likewise. Family comes first in that effort, so we need your support and prayers in order to spread the Good News about prayer to others as well.
God bless you and yours this season!
Connie Rossini
Hello Connie, I just finished reading your book, Trusting God with St. Therese, and wanted you to know that it was such an encouraging read.
(Just a short background….I am also an author, Listening for God: How an ordinary person can learn to hear God speak, and also Shame Lifter, Tyndale House Publishers.I have been married for 49 years, have 5 adult married children and 14 Grand Joys. My greatest joy in life is keeping company with Jesus every day.)
As I read your book, I could sense both you and St. Therese’s deep love for Jesus and your desire to follow hard after Him. May the Lord continue to bless you as you partner with Him in His Kingdom work and impact both earth and eternity.
Again, thank you for your ministry – you are a beloved daughter of the King,

2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17 NLT: “May our Lord Jesus Christ and God our Father, who loved us and in His special favor gave us everlasting comfort and good hope, comfort your hearts and give you strength in every good thing you do and say.”
Thanks for your very kind note and God bless!
