Here’s the cover design for Trusting God with St. Therese

The front cover design for my upcoming book, Trusting God with St. Therese is complete! I will still have to design the back of the print version, using quotes from reviews I hope to get before the book is released. Let me know what you think of the design. Does it accurately convey what the book is about? (If you don’t already know what the book is about, do you have a good guess after viewing this?) Are you ready to buy it?

Unfortunately, I’m not ready to sell it yet!

I’m hoping to have pre-release sales begin July 16.

Review copies should be available by May 1.

I hope to offer a sample chapter to subscribers in June.

In the meantime, I’m still writing. Please continue to pray for the book and for the protection of my family as this important project nears completion.

And don’t forget to share with this your friends, so they can sign up for updates too.

Thanks and God bless you!

Thanks for your comment, Fr. Mathew. Unfortunately, I don’t think your translation software is working well. I don’t really understand what you are saying.

Melanie, everyone keeps telling me that and I don’t get it, because I can see it fine. I even reattached it. I copied it from here and pasted it in Facebook and people are commenting on it there. But Pinterest won’t accept it. I don’t know what the problem is, but I’ll try to fix it this afternoon. Thanks for letting me know it’s still not working.

Connie, my first attempt was a bust then went to your homepage and it appeared. I love the cover! It is a real attention grabber. Count on my prayers as you work to complete the book.

I can see it. It looks great, Connie! It would definitely pique my curiosity. I am going to guess that one of your book’s themes will be praising God no matter the circumstance. …Knowing that to love God is to seek uniformity to His will and that all things will be well no matter how difficult they seem.

Congratulations on the award, Nancy and thanks so much for passing it on to me! I am not posting about awards any more, partly from time concerns and partly to keep my blog design from being cluttered with award badges. But I do like the encouragement!

My initial thought when I see the cover is … the car looks pretty terribly damaged so you’d expect the worse outcome but when you trust God, we are often surprised at the good that come despite our fears or worries, or even the unexpected good that comes when bad things do happen. That is what it made me think – and my curiosity is TOTALLY piqued!! I LOVE St. Therese .. if you ever get a chance read my “Shower of Roses” blog from World Youth Day this summer. that girl is one POWERFUL intercessor!!! (www.reconciledtoyou.com/rty-blog.html) Prayers for your writing!!!

Thanks, Allison. I’ll take a look at your post. Yes, sometimes “the worst” does happen–but even our worst nightmares don’t have to end in despair if we learn to trust God.
